Most introductions tell us what a man does. It takes a little longer to hear what matters to him, what he’s wrestling with, or what he’s beginning to see for his life.
You may come with a decision in front of you. There may be something you want to give attention to again. You may simply want time with men who are willing to have that conversation. There is room for you here.

The days include teaching and conversation, time alone with God, and the ordinary life of being outdoors together. We leave room to stay with a question rather than hurry to the next thing.
Time alone with God
Step away from the group for prayer and reflection. Give your attention to what you sense God is showing you.
Life together outdoors
Get to know the men beside you over meals and time outside. Enjoying the company and having a good laugh belong in these days too.

I’ve led men into the wilderness through Just Add Wilderness, with time for teaching and the conversations that follow. What a man sees about himself reaches into the rest of his life. Who is this gathering for?
Men of substance and character who want to hear God and value time with other men worth knowing. You can bring a question you’re working through or an openness to what these days may reveal.
What does a typical day look like?
Our time includes teaching, prayer, conversation and time outdoors, with free time as part of the gathering. We’ll go through the June plans when we speak.
What are the camping and physical requirements?
The plan is a drive-to rustic group campsite. Tell Mitch about your experience outdoors and any physical considerations so you can discuss the setting, planned activities and preparation before deciding.
